[Emergency maintenance] Cloud NL platform [Update]

Dear Customer,

Today at 13:10 CET we performed emergency maintenance on our storage platform in order to fix performance issues. We completed this maintenance but it did not fully resolve the performance issues.

Our storage vendor informed us that the version of the product we are using has some bugs which might be causing our performance problems. They have advised us to upgrade to the newest release.

We will perform this upgrade at 16:00 CET. We expect an interruption of approximately ten minutes for customer server IO workload during the change.

If your server is powered down during this maintenance, please do not restart it until we inform you via this NOC posting. After this upgrade we will have to monitor our platform to verify that the performance issues are fully resolved.

This maintenance affects LeaseWeb Cloud, Express Cloud, and Virtual Server instances hosted in the Netherlands.

We will continue to inform you via this NOC posting.

Maintenance completed and storage platform is upgraded to the new release.
We will monitor the platform to verify that performance issues are resolved.
